Deal Summary
Our experienced commercial property investor contacted us asking us to look at refinancing his portfolio as his current deal was expiring.
The portfolio consisted of four commercial properties all of which were let out on long term leases to strong companies.
After a short conversation with the client we were able to build a strong proposition which would be attractive to lenders, we were then able to negotiate with lenders on our clients behalf and get him a really competitive deal.
