Deal Summary
An experienced property developer based in Ireland required development finance to build 25 houses just outside Dublin. The client had owned the land for a while and had gone through the planning process and felt now was the right time to start construction.
The client was looking to build a long term relationship with a lender that was flexible and had the ability to fund large schemes. We at Positive Commercial Finance found them just that.
