Deal Summary

Our client had found a development site with planning near Brighton. The site had planning permission for 2 houses. He had been on the look-out for a suitable site & project for quite some time, but up until now hadn’t found the perfect project.

Our client had never done a development of his own, but he was an experienced property professional, acting as Project Manager and facilitating numerous builds for other people.

We introduced the client to one of our JV funders who loved the development proposition, took the time to go and visit the site and meet the client, and was perfectly happy with what the client was able to demonstrate he had done previously, for other people. A deal in principle was agreed there and then.
The deal moved quickly to completion and the first-time developer is now on site.
