One of our existing Developer clients approached us to help facilitate the funding for their lates scheme – a development of 237 one and two bedroom apartments and an 88 key Aparthotel.

Residents will enjoy facilities such as a gym, coffee shop, 24 concierge, private dining rooms, meeting rooms and a cinema. 

This will be a fantastic scheme in central Manchester and development works are set to commence shortly.
