Deal Summary
A long-standing client required a boost in their cash-flow so they approached us to refinance 6 apartments they owned over 2 developments in the North East. The apartment blocks were completed and receiving a lot of interest from prospective buyers, however sales were taking time to conclude.
A funder was identified that could move quickly and take a commercial view on the value of the properties, utilising the valuation report which a previous lender had instructed.
The funding completed quickly giving the client that much needed liquidity.
