Deal Summary

Our client wanted to purchase a block of 4 flats in a sought-after location, however his usual broker couldn’t help him because the purchase was to be done in a Limited Company structure.

 

We have multiple lenders who would consider this type of transaction so we requested indicative quotes and presented these to our client, giving a range of options to choose from. The client opted for a 75%, Loan to Value, 5 year Fixed Rate deal that gave him some flexibility for overpayments, should he wish to.
